八九月的公眾假期少得可憐,對於打工仔來說,只剩下中秋節的短暫休息日,更別說安排長途旅行放鬆心情了。然而,你不一定要離開城市才能找到內心的平靜!之前我們提到的「城市療癒法」強調,即使不去野外,城市中也能找到治癒心靈的方式。本集將帶大家走我在台灣的療癒路線,探索如何在繁忙的都市中找到屬於自己的安靜角落。
美國地理學家Wilbert Gesler的療癒地景概念指出,療癒不僅限於自然景觀,人為的設計也能促進身心健康。而除了在台灣的療癒路線,在香港是否也能找到類似的療癒場所?Making On Loft作為HK Art Centre轉角項目「社群共創實驗室」的推手,亦準備了一些在大角咀的療癒地方讓大家參考,同時也正在收集大家在大角咀的療癒路線,大家可以密切關注,一起來參與這個項目!
Making On Loft Together for Social Good Limited 樂 在 造 社 群 設 計 (MOL-T) is a community art education, social innovation and research organization of researchers, designers, social workers, artists and makers. MOL-T rooted in Tokwawan and operating a 3,600 sq. ft with partners in multi-disciplines and having a branch at Tuen Mun with a local special school. MOL-T engaged in a variety of social research, education, community art, maker space design and consultation and social advocacy projects.
